Conformance matrix

The evidence contract for lanes, subsystems, and agent surfaces.

Meta-Architect tracks every execution surface separately. A skill directory being copied successfully is distribution evidence; it is not proof that the host can execute the workflow.

Inspect the matrix

Run this from the project where Meta-Architect is installed:

ma conformance --json

To probe the host commands installed on the current machine:

ma conformance --live --json

The live report is intentionally conservative. Targets without a safe non-interactive command remain distribution-only or blocked.

What every record contains

FieldMeaning
ownerThe lane or authority responsible for the behavior
inputsContracts and evidence consumed
outputsDecisions, artifacts, or receipts produced
mutation_boundaryThe filesystems or external boundaries it may touch
receiptEvidence required before completion
testThe regression or conformance test covering it
live_runtime_proofThe exact runtime proof still required

Runtime proof policy

The matrix does not claim that all 55 hosts are live-verified. A runtime claim requires:

  1. The host is installed and discoverable.
  2. A safe version probe succeeds.
  3. Distribution artifacts are installed into the selected boundary.
  4. The host accepts the generated surface.
  5. The resulting evidence is recorded in the live verification report.

Production release evidence is a separate gate and may not be inferred from local distribution or synthetic tests.
